Impromptu #OOTD: See Ya Summer

As we all know, Labor Day weekend usually marks the end of summer. So this past weekend while I was out trekking around Sewickley and enjoying the gorgeous weather, I figured why not do one last summer outfit of the day before I start showcasing my fall layers.

Tee Time

I'm sure you all know by now, that I absolutely adore graphic tees, and for my long time readers, I'm sure you recognize this one from one of my old Wish-list Wednesday posts. However, the reason I like this shirt particularly is because I just think the graphic is darling.

Love this tee as much as I do? You can get it here!

I also have to say, just like all the clothes I've received from my sponsor SheIn, it's made very well and fits just right. This is probably one of my most comfortable tees, which is why it was a perfect choice for a day of walking around town.

Then to keep myself comfortable, I decided to wear my favorite boyfriend jeans from the Pittsburgh local boutique, Fascino. These all cotton jeans are great for keeping me cool, as well as having a nice playful vibe.

And of course to complete my laid back look, what better shoe choice than classic low top Chucks.

#OOTD: Pretty in Pink (Feat. Rocksbox + SheIn)

Hi everyone and happy September! I'm glad to be back after my lovely summer break, which was full of learning new things at DSG, some soul searching, and ultimately growing. So needless to say I am feeling nice and rejuvenated for the upcoming fall season.

This being said, with summer quickly approaching an end, I've been trying to spend the little free time I have soaking up the sun and spending time with my loved ones. So when my mum invited me to Sunday brunch this passed weekend of course I jumped at the opportunity to spend time with her as well as dress up!

Tickle Me Pink

Even though the joke amongst my friends is my signature style is "black and drapey" I actually do love pastels, and my favorite would without a doubt would be pink. So needless to say as soon as laid my eyes on this blouse I snagged it almost instantly!

The reason I like this particular color so much though is due to the fact I love the way it compliments my fair complexion and my natural hair color. (Yes, I actually am a blonde!) Its also incredibly feminine which for me is a nice change of pace from my typically darker look.

To doll myself up even more, I paired my pink blouse with a pretty eyelet skirt from my sponsor SheIn. This skirt is made very well and is absolutely perfect for a brunch date and strolling around the city, I also have to mention that I love the way it's fit and flare shape accentuates my waist perfectly. And the last bonus of this skirt is, due to the light fabric it definitely helped keep me cool in the summer heat during my city adventure.

And of course you can't go on a trek around the city in uncomfortable shoes, so I have to give an honorable mention to my Ralph Lauren sandals. Believe it or not, aside from my Frye Company flats, these are probably the most comfortable dress shoes I've ever owned!

Lastly, you know I'm not one to dress up without accessories so let's take a look at the pieces from my latest jewelry set from my sponsor Rocksbox!

#OOTD: The Cat's Meow (Feat. SheIn)

Wow! It seems that spring has finally sprung here in the 'Burgh this past week. And I don't know about the rest of my fellow Pittsburghers, but I for one am ecstatic. So to celebrate the nice weather I figured what better way to do so than to soak up the sun and take a nice weekend stroll through downtown Sewickley. And of course, being out and about not sporting a parka means the perfect opportunity for me to show off one of my new spring blouses from my sponsor SheIn!

What's On Top

Just because it deserves an honorable mention, I finally got a the wool floppy hat from one of my Wish-list Wednesday's! I purchased it at Boscov's (Along with a similar tan one.) for a total of $10.22 when the initial price was $40--score! But I have to admit I'm pleased to have gotten them in just the nick of time for the spring season and seriously cannot wait to style them both!

Purrrfectly Paired

Next up is my adorable blouse from my sponsor SheIn! The reason I loved this blouse is because it's just so fun. I also found the adorable kittens on it endearing, I have to admit that I am a bit of a crazy cat lady! To complete my playful look, I just paired this blouse with some black skinnies and flats.
